Biometric Consent

Optional facial check-in for shift start and end, used only where the Company requires it.

What it is

Some Companies require Officers to complete a facial check-in at the start and end of a shift to confirm attendance. This is optional and only used where the Company has enabled it for a specific shift.

How the data is handled

The image is compared to your platform profile photo to confirm identity. We do not build a biometric database, we do not share biometric data with third parties, and images are retained only for the duration of the shift plus 30 days for dispute purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time from your account settings. Shifts requiring biometric check-in will no longer be shown to you unless you re-enable it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place.
