100% Compliance Guarantee
If we book a non-compliant officer to your shift, your platform fee for that booking is refunded. The guarantee covers active SIA licence status, valid Right-to-Work documentation, and identity match at sign-on. Full guarantee terms are available on request.
What 'compliant' means on this platform
Active SIA licence for the deployed role, valid Right-to-Work on file with future expiry, identity verified against profile selfie, and a clean dispute record on prior bookings. Any one missing and the officer cannot be booked.
Automated SIA validation
Licence numbers are checked at onboarding and re-polled regularly. Expired licences auto-hide the officer from search and block new applications.
Right to Work
Officers upload supporting documentation. Expiry dates are tracked and automatically enforce booking restrictions.
Identity verification
Selfie-to-profile matching at onboarding. Each shift sign-on requires a fresh time-stamped selfie.
Insurance sits with the company
Public liability and employer's liability cover for every deployment is carried by the booking company — verified at onboarding and re-checked at expiry. Officers are never asked to provide their own cover.
Admin review queue
Every uploaded document hits an admin queue. Approvals, rejections and notes are recorded in the audit log.
How the refund works
If a booked officer is found to be non-compliant at the time of sign-on, raise it via the dispute flow within 24 hours of the shift. Once confirmed by admin, your platform fee is refunded to your original funding source or account credit balance.
