Specify venue, start/end time, hourly rate, required SIA licence, dress code, and briefing notes. Permanent or salaried roles are not permitted.

Officers apply or are matched
AI matching considers distance, licence, reliability score, shift history, and trusted-team status. Only compliant officers can apply.

On-site verification
Officers check in via GPS geofence and selfie. The shift timeline starts only once verified. Manager approval closes the loop.

Automated invoicing & payout
Companies are billed once the shift completes. Officers receive payouts within 72 hours, or instantly via Instant Pay for a small fee.
